“Higher
Quality” photographic certificate
It is issued at
our discretion for specimens or series in excellent
state of preservation. “EXTRA FINE”: 80%,
90%, 100% quality. For stamps with catalogue quote
higher than 5.000 euro, the subheading “GRANDI
RARITÀ” (“Great Rarities”)
will be added.
“Standard
Quality” photographic certificate
It is issued at our
discretion for specimens or series in good
state of preservation. “VERY FINE”: 50%,
60%, 70% quality. “FINE”: 20%, 30%, 40%
quality. For stamps with catalogue quote higher than
5.000 euro, the subheading “GRANDI RARITÀ”
(“Great Rarities”) will be added.
“Authenticity”
photographic certificate
It is issued at our
discretion for specimens or series authentic but defective.
“DEFECTIVE”: 10% quality. For stamps with
catalogue quote higher than 5.000 euro, the subheading
“GRANDI RARITÀ” (“Great Rarities”)
will be added.
“Negative”
photographic certificate
It is issued for
specimens or series with a quote higher than 1000 euro,
that after our inspection result to be counterfeit,
manipulated, regummed, repaired, fake. In the case of
counterfeit specimens also the Penal Code articles are
specified, punishing the production, the possession
and the sale of counterfeit banknotes.
“Great
Rarities” photographic certificate
It is issued for
specimens or series with a quote higher than 5000
euro without distinction for Higher Quality, Standard
Quality or Authenticity certificates according to
their state of preservation. “DEFECTIVE, FINE,
VERY FINE, EXTRA FINE": from 10 to 100% quality.
It shows the subheading “GREAT RARITIES”.
They clearly show the wording “GRANDI RARITÀ”
(“Great Rarities”).
“Postal History” photographic certificate
It is issued for
all specimens on letters
or other postal documents, without distinction for Higher
Quality, Standard Quality or Authenticity certificates
according to their state of preservation. “DEFECTIVE,
FINE, VERY FINE, EXTRA FINE": from 10 to 100% quality.
. They clearly show the wording “STORIA POSTALE”
(“Postal History”).
“Postal
Stationeries” photographic certificate
It is issued for
all Postal Stationeries,
without distinction for Higher Quality, Standard Quality
or Authenticity certificates according to their state
of preservation. “DEFECTIVE, FINE, VERY
FINE, EXTRA FINE”: from 10 to 100% quality.
It shows the subheading “POSTAL HISTORY”.
Certificato

It is issued for
all types of Revenue Stamps,
without distinction for Higher Quality, Standard Quality
and Authenticity Certificates, according to their state
of preservation. “DEFECTIVE, FINE, VERY
FINE, EXTRA FINE”: Quality from 10 to
100 percent. It shows the subheading “REVENUE
STAMPS” (exclusively for the Italian
Area and the United States of America).
Quick
expertise execution
The expertised material
is usually returned within one week from the date of
receipt. Nevertheless, the necessary time can be longer
in case of particularly challenging pieces, important
collections in coincidence with fairs or philatelic
auctions.
Simplified
payment
For
Italy, the material is returned to the
sender cash on delivery according to the amount of the
valuations carried out. On customer’s explicit
request, advanced payment can be made subject to our
invoice.
For foreign countries,
advanced payment is always required subject to our invoice.
