Subsequently, through their evaluation two types of price are obtained: the catalogue quote and the actual market value. The person interested in purchasing will therefore know exactly which is the suitable price to be paid for that particular lot. Our fee will be equal to that of the evaluation (2 percent of the value + VAT) plus that of the photographic certificates carried out.
